Microsoft, are you serious? All of us that paid for a Gold Subscription (1, 3,12 months) STILL can't redeem them... This issue is going on for 3 weeks, and a customer told me in the chat that this mess is going to get fixed as soon as possible... Is this
a GOOD company's work? In a while, some of your customers won't even take you seriously. In my region, this problem happened twice and I couldn't play Online for a couple of weeks... What to say MS, what to say...

what Kind of error does happen? is there any error code shown?

 

Also, where did you purchase the membership from? Was it online or from a store? Was the code activated when you purchased it? Have you tried using it on the forums

account.xbox.com/.../RedeemCode as well as the console?

Also, be aware that sometimes people mix up letters/numbers in the codes (for example B for 8 and O for 0)

that doesnt look like a xbox360 error code, could you try redeem Option on xbox console?

if there is an an error code with 8 characters length you can check it on
support.xbox.com/error-code-lookup and follow related Troubleshooting steps

 

It looks as thought that is a website that is based in Poland. Because of this it is possible that the code you received is for a different region than you live in. Gold membership codes are region locked and cannot be used for gamertags outside of the
country that they were meant for.

@prideloss - the XBOS1005 is a code received on the Xbox One and is usually associated with region errors.

 

-Problem solved- Forget what I said, 1st: the alert message on some regions that say warning about usage of prepaid cards is ONLY about Microsoft points. 2nd: My code was incompatible with my region, Xbox advocacy is going to take care of this.
