Xbox live gold membership saying I have it sometimes and other times I dont

(Fair warning:This post is kind of long plz read all) So recently(2 days ago) I purchased xbox live gold membership for 1 year like I have been doing for the past 2 years but this time I'm having issues. For example every other time I get on xbox love and
sign into my account and try to start a party it says purchase gold to start a party and play multiplayer blablabla but anyways so I was very upset that this happened because I just spent $60 on gold and it's saying I didn't I have also checked my order history
and it shows that the transaction did in fact go through, so I'm looking for help with that. But I am also having another issue, so let the list go on, so I got comms banned on my main account for 100 days and also multiplayer banned(don't ask why idk either)
but besides that I make a new account because I like playing so much I can't go that long w/o it so I try to play on a new account and start a party but it is saying please buy gold so so I'm also wondering why the gold membership wouldn't go onto both accounts
so i would also like help with that. P.s. if you made it all the way down here PLZ HELP
