XBOX Live Gold Membership Redeemed on PC, but Not Active on XBOX One

We purchased the Xbox Live Gold card at Costco and redeemed the code on our PC. It shows as redeemed in my Microsoft account, however Xbox Live is not active on the actual game console and it still says we need to purchase it. I've redeemed game codes
before on the PC and they activated immediately on the game console, so I'm not sure what the issue might be?

If you redeemed the Xbox Live Gold sub code on the PC, you're going to want to check and make sure the accounts are the same. Just in case you might have redeemed the code on another or wrong account.

On the Xbox One, make sure the gamer tag matches the one you see on the PC when logged in here.

On the Xbox One, check the sign in email address -

- Go to Settings > Account > Sign in Security & Passkey > Make sure the sign in email address for the account matches the one you used to sign in with on the PC

If the account information is correct then try a hard reset on the Xbox One.

Hard reset the Xbox by holding down the power button on the front of the Xbox for 15 seconds. After the 15 seconds let go of the power button then restart the Xbox.

If that still doesn't work. Try and remove the profile, hard reset, then add the profile back and try again.
