Xbox Live Gold Membership not showing up on console/account

Hey guys,

Need your help/input on this; so I decided to get XBL Gold membership to access the 'Games With Gold' games offered for the month of April. It shows up on my account when signed in with my Microsoft account at https://account.microsoft.com/services [screenshot
here: Imgur] but when I sign into my Xbox console and go to the Store, whenever clicking on any of the Games with Gold titles, I'm taken to a sign-up page for Gold Membership. It's the same when I check my Subscriptions through the All Settings>Account>Subscriptions
; there's no sign of my active Gold Membership.

My question is: Why is it showing up on my account but not on my console?

Second question is: How do I resolve this as soon as possible?

I already called Xbox hotline and all they did after half an hour of back and forth is point me to the forums.

1 Gold Account for the whole family

I don't have a 360 anymore, and don't have an Xbox One, but I would imagine that adding the account to console will automatically open up multiplayer to all users on the console.

We have just purchased a 12 month XBOX Live Gold Membership and have the XBOX set to My Home Xbox however the Gold membership isnt showing up on my profile when I log in. it is still trying to be me to purchase a membership. It is showing up only on the
main account for the XBOX One. Thank you.

 

Try signing out your account in the console and sign in again. If issue still persist. Contact Xbox Support to resolve this.

As what is shown on your account here on the forums. You're only on sliver account. So that means you don't have gold at this moment. However, if it shows that you have gold online on the website. One possible issue there is which region your gold is on.
If you claim the free month sub under US region but your account is set to another region then you will definitely see under services that you're subscribed to gold but not on the console.

So what Sangkis recommended would be the best course of action. This way, support can check which region your gold is indeed registered to.

 

Kindly make sure that you are signed in with the correct account that purchased the Gold Membership on the console.

 

yes same problem for me too, Microsoft is cheating on us.

 

is there a possibility to reach them, it will redirect us to the useless chat services. It cant help in any thing.

How do I know which region my membership belongs to? how do i change it in the console?
