XBOX live gold membership not recognized

Hello. I had purchased xbox live gold membership 2 days ago. Everything was working fine that day but from yesterday I am unable to play anything online. Every time I try to start a multiplayer mode it says I need gold membership. I have checked my subscriptions
online and everything is fine. I have 3 months gold subscription. There is no issue with my credit card. I have already tried hard shut down, cache clear, re-downloading profile, sign-in and sign-out. My NAT type is also open and all services are available.

The issue seems to be on server side as they don't recognise my xbox gold membership. Please help!

I'm sorry to hear about the issue. I'd love to be able to help with that here but we are public facing and can't dig too far into account/billing related issues. You'll want to reach out to your local
phone/chat support team for direct assistance. They can take a closer look at your account and see if they can sort out the issue. They also have the option of removing your current Gold and re-issuing
a token to replace the Gold and essentially refresh your status.

Promotional subscriptions are not eligible for Rewards, as stated in our FAQ:

After reviewing your account, your Gold subscription for the last three months was a promotional, discounted subscription. As mentioned in the FAQ, promotional subscriptions are not eligible for Rewards:

We see that you are not receiving Gold Status this month due to your subscription being a promotional Gold subscription for 1 month. Promotional subscriptions are not eligible for Rewards, so your free 1 month is not eligible. From our FAQ:

Sorry you're having issues with your rewards. How did you renew, and did you use a promotion? Below is from the FAQ page here.

As per the Xbox Live Rewards FAQ, trial memberships may not be eligible for Xbox Live Rewards. See here: "Xbox Live Rewards can only recognize paid monthly or yearly standard, non-promotional Xbox Live Gold memberships. If you have a different type of membership,
we may not be able to recognize you as an Xbox Live Rewards Gold member."

Purchasing an Xbox Live subscription while on a trial SHOULD add the remaining days of the trial to your subscription. I'm not 100% certain on that though.
