Xbox Live Gold Membership no esta funcionando para juegos online desde ayer.

Hola! Estamos suscritos a Xbox Live Gold desde el 24 de mayo de 2016. Ya revise la suscripción en mi computadora y figura que esta vigente y se auto-renovará cuando se cumpla un año.

Sin embargo, no podemos jugar Overwatch y ningún otro juego online.

Cada vez que queremos acceder al Overwatch, nos indica que debemos suscribirnos a xbox live y nos da las opciones de suscripción.

Sin embargo, podemos descargar juegos de gratis de la membresía sin problema. El xbox detecta que tenemos la suscripción xbox live, pero no nos permite jugar online.

He verificado que hay varios mensajes en el foro con el mismo inconveniente, por lo tanto asumo que debe ser una falla de XBOX y aguardaremos a que pronto lo solucionen.

Observación: Nuestra consola es una Xbox One.

La app de Xbox está una porquería

Buenas, desde hace 2 semanas la app de xbox para windows está así y cuando busco actualizaciónes no me aparece nada, no puedo ni grabar juegos pq no los reconoce como juegos el Dvr, esta app esta de mal en peor, que puedo hacer para solucionarlo, he intentado
con cmd como indican muchos tutoriales pero nada de nada, si me solucionan se los agradecería.

encontraste solución a tu problema, porque a mi me esta pasando ahora, nunca me había pasado, y desde ayer, me marca que esta conectado a internet pero no a live, que extraño

I'm sorry to see any issues with Overwatch! We aren't aware of any issues with Gold not working for online games, however Overwatch itself had a few server side issues last week.
