Xbox Live Gold membership is suddenly gone!

Hi there,

I bought a 12 month membership for Xbox Live Gold last 28th of April. Today I wanted to start playing Destiny and it said that it was only possible with the "Gold feature". So I thought there had to be something wrong. Now that I´m looking into it, I noticed
my complete Gold membership is just gone. It doesn´t even show on the transactions page. I didn´t pay for 12 months only to get 5 months.

If someone could help me out with this that would be much appreciated. I will copy the e-mail I received in this messages of the transaction form when I bought my 12 moth membership.

I´d like to add that also all my apps were gone. Like youtube, twitch, ect... I had to install them all again. Which isn´t normal so obviously something happened there.

 

Please check commerce.microsoft.com to ensure the length of time of the membership you purchased. After that you will need to contact phone support for more assistance as this is a billing issue that only they can deal with.
