    Hi, I have recently just done an update on my xbox one and it has fully cleared my xbox live 12 month subscription off? How do i go about ressolving this issue??? Cheers Gav

    You still appear having a gold subscription here. So please try to delete your profile from the Xbox and have it redownloaded again to see if that helps.

    Please also go to http://account.live.com and check your current subscriptions there.

    I have same problem. I activated 1 month trial gold 3 days ago. Now it is disappeared.

    gametallica99 you are shown as silver on the boards, i suggest you contact xbox support on phone so they can check your profile and help you.

    You still appear having a gold subscription here. So please try to delete your profile from the Xbox and have it redownloaded again to see if that helps.
