Hello, I can not find the email to become Gold. My friend indicated to me, because I am not Gold, but the problem is that I can not find the email with a link for me to sign Live Gold.

We see a referral between these two accounts was created on the 16th. Keep in mind that we use the billing email for your account to send emails. You can see this information by going to the commerce page at (https://account.microsoft.com/),
selecting "Edit your billing info", and then reviewing your billing email from that screen. You may also wish to check this email's junk mail folder. Since a referral link has been established, if you make a purchase of a Gold subscription, the offer will
be completed, and you should see Credits pending up to 45 days after the referral, as mentioned in the FAQ.

My daughter deleted her email address which was associated with the 12 month live gold membership in order to add my email, so that I could purchase minecraft for her and her sister. We only purchased xbox1 and live gold 12 month membership on Sunday, now
we can't use her email address because mine is saved in the Xbox and we can't access the xbox live gold. As she is 13years old I feel it is inappropriate to have her email associated with my credit card, can we retrieve the live membership account as we paid
£40 for it and the kids are gutted? Please help.
