    My Xbox One say's I'm a gold subscriber, but my 360 and Xbox.com says I'm a free member? Also, my tenure has reset??? What should I do? I just got it today.

    Sorry to hear it. Did you recently renew your membership after having it switch to Silver?

    You are currently showing as a Gold member on the website. If you did renew your membership on the Xbox One then it can take a while for the membership to populate your account. If you still cannot access Gold features on the 360 try heading to Settings>System>Network
    and run a Connection Test. That should force the membership to show for you.

    As for the tenure, it should appear within a week if this is the case.

    To clarify, does your account currently have an active Xbox Live Gold membership? A Gold membership would be required for cross-platform play. There's more information regarding that on the

    Better Together Update page     if you need it.
