Xbox Live Gold membership but can't play Titanfall?

I can sign into Xbox Live on my Xbox One with my same account and Gamertag from my 360 console. My settings show that I have a 1 month free trial of Xbox Live Gold not due to expire until the 22nd of this month. When I enter into Titanfall however, it prompts
me to sign in to Xbox Live even if I am already signed in at the home screen. The following page prompts me to buy a Gold membership even though my settings still show my one month free trial is still active.

Do I have to delete my account from my 360 console or something similar, I can't see what I need to do to sort this out?

Any help or guidance is very much appreciated.

Xbix live not working

I Renewed my Xbox live gold membership 2 days ago online and I can download free gold games but I can't play Xbox live online

Sorry to hear about the Xbox Live issue. I definitely recommend starting out by

removing your Xbox Live profile and signing back into it. Once you remove your profile,

clear your system cache three times, and then sign back in! Let us know if that helps!

 

I'm having a bit of the same problem except with downloading issues. I downloaded AW(advanced warfare) on my xbox one and I have a year of xbox live on. When I go onto multiplayer I can only play local. I log into my account and it says xbox live can
not connect at this time. Even when I troubleshoot it says can't connect at this time try again later. There's also a bar bellow the multiplayer screen on the game and it says content downloaded and mines half way except it won't move!! Pls help

I have had the same problem, I am logged in to xbox live but titanfall will not recognise the account so unable to play it, seems strange as it was working fine for a short while, this is also happening with other xbox live games I have downloaded. Any
ideas how I can geg these games to recognise my account?
