Xbox live Gold membership and battlefield 4

I've been playing Xbox 360 from many years now. I currently bought an Xbox one and have been playing with my gold membership on the Xbox One.

Upon purchasing my Xbox one I bought one year gold membership and inserted my Redeemer code along with my one want free subscription to gold membership which is free when purchasing the Xbox One.

Currently I'm trying to play battlefield for and I am unable to play because it is telling me I need an Xbox Gold membership to access online features.,However according to my account I am a gold member. I cannot contact Xbox live support by ringing them because
I'm being told called cannot be accepted from my region. I have no idea what that means...

I need somebody from Xbox to fix this issue because my patients are running out.

At present my Xbox wants me to buy more gold membership which is ridiculous because of already purchased and inserted

the Redeemer codes into my account.

Communication is a massive problem here, I have a mobile phone I have an email address I can't see how picking up a phone ringing somebody is a problem.

Yes you need Xbox Live Gold membership to play Battlefield 4 multiplayer. Infact you need gold to play all games on multiplayer.

I'm sincerely sorry to hear about the Gold issue! For this type of issue we definitely suggest contacting our chat or phone support agents through our
Contact Us page. We recommend having them remove gold from your account and then have them add gold back on with a Xbox Live token. That has helped other users with similar issues.

I have inputted my Redeemer codes for Xbox live I should be a gold member. I am being told that I am not a gold member this and happened last year, but last year I could contact an Irish individual by phone, this year I cant.

Last year I cancelled my PayPal subscription so I could buy Redeemer codes instead in my local game shop which is what I did this time.

It seems to me my Redeemer codes have not been activated even doe I have inputted them on the Xbox and the computer

I need confirmation I am a gold member can you confirm this to me??
