Xbox live gold membership 14 day trail code launching error

I bought Xbox about a week ago, today I tried to launch the Xbox live 14day trail code and it gave some error. I put the code again and it said that this code is already used. I mean, I myself inserted the code and it says it is already used.... plz help
how can I activate it again.

I bought a new Xbox One and got a free 14 day trial Xbox live period. My regualr Xbox live 3 month ended. So I used the 14 day code and noticed that I can't play COD Black Ops with a guest now. It was working with the 3 month gold membership. So I figured
it had something to do with the 14 day membership. So I bought a 12 month Gold membership and entered the code in. It gave me the say error when trying to play with a guest account. I removed my account entirely from the device and signed back in and I got
the same error message. I checked my account and it shows a 12 month gold membership till next year. Does it take a while to bet able to play on xbox live with a guest after adding the 12 monty gold? Or is it because something else?

help me please!

I just bought a xbox 360 and as I created my windows account I was asked to put in a code for xbox live gold.

So I submitted my 14 day trail code and the system told my that I would now have access to xbox live gold, but I don't! When I got to "subscriptions" on xbox.com it says I that don't have a Gold Membership and that I should buy one....

I just got my xbox one s with Battlefield 5 bundle. I also got a 14 day trail xbox live gold membership code along with the bundle. I used the code. It said my live gold is active. but i was still not able to play multiplayer on my Battlefield 5.
then i checked if the live gold was really active or not and it wasn't activated for some reason. I tried the code again and it said code already used. what do i do to redeem my prepaid code?

Keep in mind that trials do not change your account status to gold. They only give you access to some benefits of online multiplayer. They will not work with all games or all game modes.

The 14 day trial should be working, if not, try the following.

Hard reset your console: Hold power button for up to 10 seconds and once its off unplug for up to 1 minute, plug back in and try again.

If this doesn't work, check your account to see what you do have redeemed. Check settings, then account
