    Hello, I was referred here by Microsoft support: Case number: 1399067606. I accidentally redeemed my reward points for the wrong item. I meant to get a Xbox live gold pass but clicked on the Xbox Game Pass instead. The representative Cedric said the xbox
    ambassadors would be able to help me? Thank you for you help!

    Free Killer Instinct or even Xbox One for "dedicated Xbox Gamers"

    No email for me either, have about 30k gamerscore and xbox live member from original xbox days with no breaks in between and paid up gold member to 2015 having also preordered a day one xb1 and had to purchase 3 x 360 this generation and thats before purchasing online dlc etc..

    Xbox LIVE Rewards is a loyalty program that rewards members for renewing their Xbox LIVE Gold subscriptions, playing games, engaging with Xbox LIVE features, making purchases from the Xbox LIVE Marketplace etc... and a gold member does mean a xbox live gold
    member.

    Do you need to be a gold member for a certain amount of time to redeem free games?

    I found this, I think it answers your question: Is this only for new members?

    Games with Gold is available to all Xbox Live Gold members. To download free games you just need to be an Xbox Live Gold member at the time of redemption of any Games with Gold offering.

    When I got my Xbox live core a month ago, it won’t cancel. When I put in my Xbox live gold it only let me use Xbox live core. How do I fix that?

    Xbox live gold is no more since September, and all Xbox live gold members have been converted to Xbox live core
