Xbox Live Gold Member but cant play Xbox Live multiplayer.

What did support say when it didn't work? Did they escalate atleast?

 

im trying to get this escalated as we speak, this is so frustrating

 

Hairy all of this started with the kymika account I went through the whole process twice. Lumynyx and this account are the new accounts I was told to create. Ive been trying to get this issuer resolved for weeks

 

Umm, do you have any friends with a Xbox one? Is it a possibility that you can try your account on a different Xbox one? So we can pinpoint weather its the account or the console.

well it seems that its a system issue, i dont know how that works. I have to ship the console

well i did what you suggested as in "loaning" my account to see if it would work on a friends xbox one and it did. Seems like the guy on the phone might have came to the same conclusion so I have to ship the console via fedex

 

Alright, at least there is a solution the repair shouldn't take longer than 2 weeks at least it doesn't in UK. But take care and hopefully you can enjoy XBone soon.

 

Im still puzzled by this though, how can every gold feature work except multiplayer via live be a hardware issue. I hope they replace the console

 

Im confused about it aswell I think its more in the software or some settings. Maybe a offline system update would have worked.

right, i think i have found a solution!!! sing in with someone else (like a friend) with gold, let them load a game up to see if it works for them, the they sing out and you sign back in! that easy (after 2 weeks of trying to find
away)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! if this dose not work, get a different Xbox (swap it with at friend) or get a PS4 (like i nearly did!)
