Xbox Live Gold May Quests 2 Game Downloads Not Counting

Hi,

I chatted with somebody from the Xbox Support team and they weren't able to resolve my issue. I've downloaded 2 games from the Games with Gold May lineup (Streets of Rage & Super Mega Baseball 2) but neither has counted towards my Xbox Live Gold May Quest
to download 2 games from Games with Gold. The person I chatted with said that I owned both games, and I've played both for more than a minute each. I really want to get the reward for this month but I can't if this can't be resolved.

Xbox Quests of May

The final quest that states “Download 2 free games with gold” isn’t counting my progress properly. I have downloaded two games, The Baseball Game & Metal Gear Solid , and it still counts my progress as 50%

 

Xbox Quest tracking

Xbox Quests. I looked online to check my xbox quest progress, not sure which month it was I think May, the fortnite reward. I've completed the first two quests however the online tracker says I've only downloaded 1 of the 2 games with gold you need to download
required to complete the quest however I have downloaded 3 or 4 games now and it still won't work?
