    Yesterday i bought a 3 months xbox live gold key for europe. I have the store to Italy but when i use the code it says that the code it is for another region. I tried for every Europe country but it doesn't work. What should I do?

    Thanks for coming to the forums. Sorry for the issue you are having with your code. We recommend first trying to go to where you purchased and see if they can exchange it. There is a

    guide for redeeming code     and at bottom under other digital error code is request a new digital code. You can try this and see what happens.

    It Is the key is that you MUST HAVe.Xbox live gold for cloud saves

    On your xbox if you don't have.gold then no cloudsaves would be disabled

    I don't suggest buying them xbox live keys from cdkeys due to problems like this I suggest buying them from proper retails. All xbox live gold keys are now regional locked so you do have to buy them from a local retailler, I cannot remember if xbox live

    There is no gold sharing on the 360 so if they want to play online they need there own Xbox live if you do decide to buy Xbox live you should have a look at CD keys they do a years membership for roughly £25
