Xbox Live Gold keeps on turning off

I have had this problem for 3 months now. Every time I play an Xbox Live game, It shuts off in about 30 - 40 minutes, and I have to restart it manually! I have contacted Xbox support, and they told me to do do a factory reboot,
and I did, but it did not solve the problem. This is very upsetting.

Yes It is only the xbox having issues.

Hello Deigo!

The game, the party (If I am in one), and basically all of he Xbox Live Gold features.

I have a standard Xbox One S model.

And yes I have tried a hard reboot, and a power cleanse.

I dont know what to do, Deigo!

Just to clarify is your Xbox One console shutting off completely or is the game just crashing back to the home screen?

What model Xbox One do you have?

Have you performed a
hard reset and power cycle?

If you keep having Live getting signed out, then I would suggest giving our guide, the Xbox One Disconnect Solution
a shot a go.

When you get a chance, give those steps a shot and let us know how that worked out for you.

To add if it's not your console and it's your Gold that messes up is perhaps your router is messing up. Is it only the Xbox that is having issues?
