Xbox Live Gold it's gone.

Good Morning, I bought a 12 month card in xbox live gold I inserted the code, it was accepted it was working and out of the blue the same day the gold disappeared, what should I do?

First place I'd check is your Games History. If you press the Guide button > Settings > Account Management > Download History see if they are listed in there, and if so go to that page and try to re-download/play them. That will likely lead you to what
you need, and will even list titles you've purchased that are no longer available on the store.

It's gone?

I've had my Xbox 360 for a long time now and one of the first games I got was Minecraft. Just yesterday when I went to go play and install a new update it was missing off the games section. I went to my recent to try to launch it there, but to no avail.
I did all I could, move the game files onto a flashdrive and back, see if I could redownload it without paying again, still no luck.

Also, before that, local mulyiplayer wouldn't work either when I had a friend over if that tells you anything.

Update: Happy Wars is gone too??? What is going on????

 

I have a similiar problem. My code was accepted, but I was unable to use it. It only says: Code was accepted, but I cannot proceed. And I did not receive a verification email.
