    I get on to play Fortnite, it loads in and says press x, I press x, then it says you need Xbox Live Gold to play... I think isnt my membership suppoosed to be automatically payed? So few days later me and my dad go check it out one more time and its all
    fine, then on the weekend I play and its all fine. But, now. Of all times its not working again. Why???

    http://commerce.microsoft.com     to see if it shows an active subscription on your account. There was a free gold weekend over the weekend which could explain why you were able to play over the weekend if you don't have gold.

    Game pass expired so I brought the game but when trying to load game it says it requires game pass to play

    Thank you. What it is requiring you is an Xbox Live Gold which is required if you're playing an online game.

    You're just seeing Xbox Game Pass Ultimate on the list since it includes Xbox Live Gold.
