XBOX Live Gold is not working.

I've gotten a code for a 14 day XBOX-Live and used it for my account. There are other accounts on my xbox one. 2 Of the accounts have xbox live gold, and one doesn't. The one that doesn't(not mine) can play online perfectly, but when one of the other two
accounts try to play online on this xbox, it doesn't work. Please help!

Problem with Xbox LIVE!!!!!

I subscribed to Live Gold.My status is gold, but in game it says Xbox Live Gold account is required for playing multiplayer...It is not working!!

 

Xbox live gold is not working

I have recently bought the black Friday $1 month of gold but i do not have the privileges of having Xbox live gold even though when i go to subscriptions i have gold. it has been over 24 hours now since i bought the deal.

Sorry to see any issues with accessing Live on these accounts. It sounds like the account that has Gold has set your console as its Home console, correct? This would give the other free account access to online content. That doesn't explain the situation
with your account and the account that has Gold, though.

What is the exact error you get when you try to play online? A screenshot is best for us, however typing up exactly what the error is will be acceptable for us to work on fixing this. Additionally, please let me know the games that this is affecting!

Games affected: NBA 2K17

I've made a video of me on this account and not being able to play online. then I switched to a different account that doesn't have gold and it connected to the online servers perfectly, then I switched back to this account and it still didn't work.

That seems to be an error provided by 2K. Based on
their support page, it looks like it's a PC error generally meaning that you need the latest update for the game. However, you were able to launch it on another account on the same console (also,
you're on a console). It might be worth reaching out to
their Support since it seems to be an account specific issue and not an issue with the game overall.

Let me know how it goes! We can see what other options we might have if they are unable to assist you further.
