Xbox live gold is not working

Discus and support Xbox live gold is not working in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; I buy the gold subscription for 1$ for the month but when i try to play online it ask me to pay again but i already did. can you help me?...     Problem with Xbox LIVE!!!!!

    I subscribed to Live Gold.My status is gold, but in game it says Xbox Live Gold account is required for playing multiplayer...It is not working!!

    XBOX Live Gold is not working.

    Games affected: NBA 2K17

    I've made a video of me on this account and not being able to play online. then I switched to a different account that doesn't have gold and it connected to the online servers perfectly, then I switched back to this account and it still didn't work.

    sharing Xbox live gold membership only works on the Xbox One. unfortunately on Xbox Live, everyone will need a gold membership to be able to talk to each other and play games together.

    I'm assuming you're refering to this raptr promotion
    raptr.com/.../xbox-live-free-gold-subscription    . This promotion only works if you currently have an Xbox silver account, if you're currently a gold member the promotion code won't work.
