Xbox live gold is bugged for my account.

I am currently subscribed to xbox live gold on this account. When I logged in today, I wasn't able to play multiplayer, and I also noticed that games with gold was inaccessible. I thought maybe that I needed to resub, but when I tried, it said I could
only "buy one of those." Which makes me think that the billing server knows that I have gold at least.

I then tried to get into a support chat to get it fixed and was met by this error message:

This happened every time I tried to start a chat, which makes me think that my account is pretty solidly bugged right now. Yay!

As long as the primary account have xbox live gold all other accounts get xbox live as well

on my xbox 1 i have played online for almost a year. then about a month or two ago it said i dont have xbox live and when i tried to buy it it says that only a certain amount of lives are aloud on an acount. so about a week later it stated working agian.
then 23 days ago it stoped working agian, same message and everything. so i purchesd call of duty advanced warfare and that didnt work. i was wondering if i got banned becouse when i try t go online on call of duty advanced warfare it says this acount is not
aloud to play online. i have been searching around for a wile still no awnser, and i have not done anything to be banned. i am really confused i have the same problem as fafal

Just got my Xbox one, everything is good except that I can't use my gold account?

Does this transfer or do I have to purchase it again for the one? If so, we'll honestly that's crap.

You do not need to purchase Xbox Live Gold for a new Xbox if you are already signed up!

 

Ok how would one use, transfer or whatnot to the one, so I can use live. I have and am currently logged into my account on xbox one. Went to play online (killer instinct) an it told me I needed a gold account, but I just renewed my subscription aprox 2
months ago.

so what am I doing wrong?

Seriously it shouldn't be this complicated to switch a already active gold account from 360 to the one.

Do get me wrong here I had 360 since launch now the one. This something that should have been thought of or loaded in when we signed into our accounts. Ridiculous!

 

if you move your account to the xbox one you should still have gold

 

When I hooked up my one I logged in (same gamer tag shown here). I got my friends list, achievements ect. Just not my gold. I found out when I was playing k.i. an went to online multiPlayer, we're it said I needed gold. Tried several times, even went to
buy another gold membership at which point it said" only one gold account per profile". This has confused me.
