    Hello Microsoft team, I lived in malaysia for a few years and i had to come back, i purchased a whole year service for xbox live gold and now it says it is not avalable in my region, i am really dissapointed since its just a game and iranians shouldnt
    me banned to play normal games. Because it isnt our fault that our government is doing what ever they want. I would really be happy if you removed the ban for people so they are able to atleast enjoy something in their lives. Also i think i payed about 60
    dollars for the service and now it is all wasted and was for nothing... and i can no longer play the games i have payed for like call of duty blackops 4, gta V online, halo MCC and also my games arent updating anymore since it doesnt let me go online. :/

    I have paid for the games and the Xbox live gold and gamepass membership with this high price in Iran and i cant even sign in to my account anymore. Great

    I'm afraid this is exactly a Microsoft issue! They banned us for U.S sanctions against Iran government!! But we're gamers!!! We don't care about politics! We don't use our games against U.S people or government! They don't have to bann our gamers for no
    reason! We pay for Gold, Gamepass and many Microsoft products! We hope there will be a way to add Iran IP for Xbox Live again.

    Hey there Gold! What Onyx means is that what was stated in the other thread is correct. Zune is region locked and Iran is not an Xbox Live enabled country. So you will not be able to access Zune from there. I hope that clears everything up for you! ^_^
