xbox live gold help

Okay so on Feb. Of this year i bought a 3 month and it should haved expired last Monday on the 12th. i just reported it via chat. but they didn't do anything they just told me to enjoy my free gold….should i call them and report it again tomorrow in the
morning,

Whoever told you to "enjoy your free gold" was quite wrong.

 

That's right it certainly won't be free. If you paid by credit card then go and check your account payment options as if your card is listed there it will show whether or not there's a scheduled renewal and the date that it's due.

If you paid by cash are you saying that you're still able to play multiplayer games online with your friends??? There have been a few minor changes with some of the apps that some that required a gold subscription no longer require one and can be used by
anyone. So there's a possibility that this may be the case.

 

The changes to xbox live membership haven't come into effect yet so that wouldn't be the problem.

Well if you have a credit card or something in your billing. Microsoft might be dibbing into it. Reason why your LIVE is still on. Check your billing statements and see if MS is taking your money. Turn auto renew off. That whole auto renew seems like
a scam. You should of also received a automated Microsoft email for expiring LIVE account.

 

I don't any credit card info on my account. I bought a pre-paid 3 month at the store.

 

Go to commerce.microsoft.com, sign then go to subscriptions and then select view History and then all should be clear. if you don't understand what's on that page or you think the information is wrong contact phone support.
