Are you saying that your Xbox Live Gold expired, then you added a 3 month card to your account?

If so, then you would have been removed because your Gold expired.

Bump, I guess? I'd really like to get ahold of someone asap, I've been waiting in line to chat since last night and been waiting on a phone call for over an hour. I'd like to know where my $26 went if it wasn't used on a full 3 month live subscription.

There are 2 ways to buy Xbox Live.

1. With 3months gold, 6 months gold and 12 months gold.

That contains, if you buy it one time and after the 3, 6 or 12 months gold period expire and you want a new one, you just can buy a new code.

2. Auto-renewal.

That contains, if your Gold period expire, they will get money from your bank account and you have new gold.

It didn't stack with me. My 12 months were supposed to expire around early December 2013. On nov 24rd I entered a one year code and it says it expires nov 24th 2014. I got swindled for at least 2 weeks of gold
