Xbox live gold glitch on Xbox one

Well with fortnite it is accautly do able as seen with the glitch meaning that it doesnt require xbox live gold to do it

Thats how the system is set up if you have a gold subscription on your account and you are signed into a console any other profile that is signed at the same time can use your gold subscription.

If you do not want your brother to be able to use your subscription then I would suggest putting a passkey on your account so anytime someone tries to sign into your account they would have to put the passkey in or set it up so that they would have to put
your password in everytime. Just make sure your brother doesnt know what your password is.

If I understand your question correctly, you do NOT want your brother to be able to play online through your gold membership?

In that case, in addition to steeledwand7664's answer, be aware that the first Xbox One console you sign in on, will become your "Home Console".

The Home Console will then share all your games INCLUDING your Gold membership to anyone playing on that console, including your brother.

If you don't want your brother to play online, BUT be ABLE to play your games, your only way of doing that would be to add your brother to an adult family account at
https://account.microsoft.com/family and then disallow him to play online in the online and privacy settings on
https://account.xbox.com/settings

If you want to completely disallow your brother from playing your games and Gold benefits, you need to go to the console your brother plays on, sign into your account, and under Settings-->Personalization remove the Home Console setting for that console
on your account.

Or simply find a different console that you will set as your Home Console, as your account can only have one Home Console at any time.

And if you want to prevent your brother from signing into your account and again benefit from your games and Gold, make sure to protect your account with a passkey as steeledwand7664 described.
