XBOX LIVE GOLD (games not working)

bought 12 month subscription for Gold through my Xbox one. Downloaded Fortnight.. doesn’t work. Says I have to purchase Gold. Tried playing GTA V online, and again says not available without GOLD. WTH? Anyone else? Help! I wanna play

Problem with Xbox LIVE!!!!!

I subscribed to Live Gold.My status is gold, but in game it says Xbox Live Gold account is required for playing multiplayer...It is not working!!

 

XBOX LIVE GOLD ended and minecraft stopped working

November 20, 2016 ended XBOX live Gold . After it my disks (minercraft and others, bought by me in shop) stopped working. For the minercraft do not need Xbox live Gold why games do not work and are asked me to buy Xbox live Gold?

I been tryna play fortnite; however I have the same problem as you.

 

I singed my grandson up and I am having the same issue. When we looked at the "subscription" heading under "settings" we see that the effective date is not until tomorrow (02/04/2018). Why is it not immediate? Why do we have to wait a day? This makes absolutely
no sense! If you sign up today then it should be effective that day. This may be the reason you are also having the same issue (?)

 

same thing for me buy 3 month gold and say to me i have tu buy gold WTH!! I wanna play too

 

have the same issue. I cant play any games online although i just redeemed a 12 month membership

 

The Xbox Live Servers say that "access is limited"

You cannot download purchases, redeem codes, or buy items.

Microsoft will still take your money and apply changes to your account but you cannot use any of them...

Think they will reimburse any of us losing our precious seconds of Live access who used a code in the last week?

No, because when has microsoft ever cared about their customers?

My Netflix works fine and that uses Xbox Gold soooo??? why aren’t the games working

 

I don't think Netflix requires gold.

 

For some reason I can't edit my post... I chatted with a Microsoft support person and they ran a troubleshooter and the next time I logged on it was working. (The website still said access was limited) sooo... I have no idea what was wrong.
