Xbox Live Gold games no longer playable

Called Microsoft today because I could not play 15 games I had gotten through Xbox Live Gold. I have installed these through my profile and onto my Xbox with no one else’s profile logged in. I even have playing time on these games. Was put on hold for 25
minutes and hung up on eventually. When I called back the guy helping me could give no answer, so I asked to speak to a supervisor. She was nothing but a broken record. The reason why I could play the games now? I had no licenses to play any of the said games
I was having issues with, and there was no purchase history of the game on my account. Yet other games I’ve gotten through Gold have not had this issue, and they don’t show up as purchases in my profile on the computer. Anyone else been cheated by Xbox Live
lately? Curious if this was only me or a larger computer glitch from the past couple of months. I will have a hard time getting another game with gold and being certain I have the license to play it.

I am new to Xbox One games with gold and just had a quick question...

I am a gold member, if I let my gold account run out, I understand I can't play this game any longer (like PSN) however, will the game become playable again if I re subscribe, or do you lose it if you let your membership lapse? (I mean when the game is no longer on Games with gold)

But when i try to download them in the game, it tells me that my xbox live account is limited. WTF

 

Unfortunately, along with a growing number of purchasers have these console error codes that take your games away from being playable. I think this is a much wider spread problem then they have kept from being a major flaw to the public. More & more are
starting to let there frustrations known on here & different forums. I thought maybe it was my error in trasferring my games that caused my day one "X" Become useless at the end of Nov 2017..No its something has really messed up their systems way of keeping
who has purchased what they have & basically taken those accounts off the reg. system to make our games credit cards not even viewable to the credit card owners. No games show up as being downloaded from the store . they show up on my hardrive but wont launch
