Xbox Live Gold Games are missing

Hi Xbox support and forum,

I have a problem with my Xbox One S not showing me my Xbox Live Gold games. I had all my Xbox Live Gold games installed on my Xbox One, but I sold it to be able to buy the new and better Xbox One S. For some reason I only have access to Assassins Creed Black
Flag and Thief, but not any of my other games with gold.

I wrote to you last week and today about this problem and had the best experience both times with both of your employees. The first employee assured me that the problem was fixed, but yesterday when I finally found time to test it out the problem still remained.
Today i contacted another employee who assured me that I shouldn't be worried and added me to the Advanced Support team because this is a rare case. This employee was able to find my missing games by looking at my history and trophies, but wasn't able to find licenses
to the games. This employee would personally take the isssue to the manager and email me back within 24-72 hours. But I was adviced to post my issue here as well.

I hope that you have some ideas. Thanks in advance.

Give this trial Gold Membership to a friend who hasn't tried Gold, and let them see what they've been missing on Xbox Live.

Thanks for the informative post. Reading through, I see that our phone/chat support were unable to locate the licenses for the games you are asking about. If the account you are posting from does not have the licenses for the games, that would indicate that
the purchases were made using a different Xbox Live account. If that is the case, in order to access those games, you will need to re-download them using the account that made the purchase.

Hopefully that clarifies some.
