XBOX LIVE GOLD Free Trials are not working

I and my other account "JerseyDiggy" have multiple 7 day free trials that are not working and I wanted to know how I could be reimbursed for those??

Much help would be greatly appreciated as I could not find the appropriate thread for this issue as well.

Can you explain a little more about how they are not working?

Gold trials do not change your account status to gold so there are some things you can't do while on a trial card. Some trial cards will only work for the game they came with. If you're trying to play Destiny, that game requires a paid gold subscription.

 

first of all the trials are not stack able so when you redeemed trial 2 it cancelled out trial 1. secondly since they are free you will not get any kind of reimbursement from them. when you redeem they they do not make you gold you just have access to
online and most of the time the trial is really only good for the game that it came with and you can only do basic online game features.

 

Smwutches they came from a XBOX Ambassador. I actually got a bunch and they never really worked. I don't understand why. It was for Destiny at first. But my son actually plays Minecraft and now Disney Infinity 2.0 a lot. But my issue is I have them fair
and square you know. I don't get it.

Davemcfly85 I wouldn't say "first of all" its demeaning, condescending and bullying. I also have been reimbursed with Free gold memberships in the past so I wouldn't say concretely that I wont. And I was explained to that they rollover. so Idk

Destiny doesn't come with trial cards so it cant be for it and. The box even saya paid mmembership required

 

JerseyDamu, what you have been told here is the truth. 7 day trials don't turn your account Gold but rather they let you try out some of the features of Xbox Live. Some trials only work for the games they came with and some games don't accept trials for
online play. Gold trials do not stack. If you are on a trial and you enter another trial code, the first trial will be overwritten. So if in one session you enter multiple 7 day trials, you will still only end up with 7 days total of trial time. And lastly,
trials come for free. There is no monetary value to them so there is nothing to be reimbursed.
