    Xbox Live Gold free key expired


    Hello,

    a few years ago i bought a new xbox 360 with a key for 1 month xbox live gold included. then I decided to redeem this key about 6 months ago. But I did not agree to the terms of use, I canceled the redemption. Today I wanted to redeem the key, but I always
    get the error that the key is invalid, although I have no typing errors.

    I hope you can help me Xbox Live Gold free key expired ;)

    Some Xbox games require XBOX LIVE GOLD to play. They will save "Xbox LIVE Gold required" on the box or the packaging or will show on the screen when you buy them.



    However, there's no cancelling of LIVE accounts; instead, you can cancel your GOLD
    subscription, or let it expire. You will always have an Xbox LIVE Free account tied to your Microsoft Account addresse once GOLD is cancelled or expires.

    Well finally waited the 30 days and was able to access my account. Unfortunately now the promotion for a free month of xbox live with the ign app seems to have expired. Tnxs Xbox.

    Which game is it? Was it purchased, or just through GamePass? It's possible that it was a game whose license has expired.

    For example, if it was a "free" Xbox Live Gold game, and the home/master account's Gold has expired, then access would be prevented.



    Would any of these situations apply for you?

    It was my Xbox Live Gold that expired, I thought it was only at the end of Feb 2019

    Just renewed it and free download is working :)
