    I just bought a 3rd xbox one for my household. The goal is for us all to be able to play the same multiplayer game together at the same time. I've had no issue up to this point with 2 consoles having my son's set as my home xbox. Is it not possible to
    do the same thing with 3 consoles? Am I going to need to pay for a second xbox live subcription? All accounts in use are part of my family account. Am I missing something? I can't find any support for this specific situation.

    Starting August 27, 2013, each activated account in your Gold Family Pack will convert to an individual Xbox Live Gold membership. Each of your family’s new individual memberships will have the same amount of time remaining on them as your Gold Family Pack
    does at the time of conversion. Plus, we’ll add a bonus of 3 months to each account!*

    the Gold family pack.

    Given that all the accounts attached to the xbl gold family pack would have been extended by at least 3 months each, i think with the new xbox home you will only need to pay for one xbox live gold unless all the accounts are on different consoles. I could
    be wrong but I think that if the accounts are on the same Xbox ONE console, then it will allow you to buy the one xbox live gold membership and that will be cheaper than the family gold membership in the long run.
