    Xbox live gold for $1 not working (redirects me to pay $9.99)


    I just paid $1 for the first month of xbox live gold with my credit card. I already have Star Wars Battlefront installed, but when I choose multiplayer, it brings me to a page that says "You need Gold for this" and tries to get me to choose from a month
    of Live for $9.99 (but I already paid the $1 for it) or 3 months for $25 or 12 months for sixty dollars. I'm confused.

    I cannot login to xbox live on my 360, but can on my computer.

    I just purchased xbox live gold for 9.99/month on my computer. It gave me a username or screen name .



    If I have a boyfriend who wants to use xbox live, and have his own screen name and own profile, can he have one to, or does he have to pay 9.99/month? We only have 1 XBOX 360.



    Can you have 2 separate profiles using the one xbox live account we purchased? Ty, if so, how.

    I pay with visa month to month for xbox live in Canada. its been 9.99 plus tax, what comes to $11.19 every month for 2 plus years. now this month April 2. I have been charged 11.99 plus tax $13.43 for 1 month gold? why? I made no purchases, this is for 1
    month gold.

    Never mind; cold reboot worked. Powered down, unplugged, waited about 10 sec, replugged and powered up again. Thanks.

    Why do we have to pay for live again?

    I remember back in february, there was a special offer of 1$ a month for xbox live gold. Then in march, it was still there. So i bought it and then i have to pay $9.99? Also,xbox live authorities accidentally gave me 2 months more free gold membership. Then
    i got emails stating that " we haven;t received payment". Then my account gets suspended for like a month? WTF???

    xbox live guys plz dont do this again.

    Yeah, you can play online. It uses the live account, the only thing is that your account has to be "gold" which means you pay an Xbox Live Gold subscription which is $9.99/month, $24.99/3 months or $59.99/year
