Xbox live gold for $1 for 1 month not working...

i saw a notification on my console xbox one by Microsoft for having xbox live gold for $1 for 1 month and when it's the time to pay it showed $11.99... Why? i dont have xbox live gold right now!

I think you might still get a 1 month free pass when you set your account up via the Xbox.

ok thank's but where i can find that info? Because i saw no restrictions by Microsoft for having $1 for 1 month, well the only restrictions is to not having gold right now and that is my case!

I'm not an existing subscribers but i am from Quebec so that the reason i guess, don't know why we in Quebec don't allowed to have special offers, there is another new special offer for 3 months for $12 but i can't have it because i'm from Quebec...Great!
