Xbox Live Gold Erro 80182300. I can not activate my Live Gold on Xbox 360.

Nao consigo usar cartao pre pago

Tento assinar a xbox live gold, com meu cartao pre pago, e so fica dando erro

Remeeming errors can be caused by issues on the account itself. Be sure to check if your billing information is correct at
http://billing.microsoft.com and also check
http://account.microsoft.com/services for any outstanding amount issues, these need to be sorted prior to being able to redeem codes.

After that try redeeming the code on both xbox console and via xbox.com/redeemcode

Also check that the Xbox Live account , the console and code all match region wise, using different regions for any of them cause issues too.

If you can't find anything wrong and it is still not working, best thing to do is to contact official Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat at
Contact Us | Xbox Support they can do a more indepth look into this issue.

Comprei um cartão Live Gold de 12 meses para meu Xbox 360. Quando fui em resgatar código de 25 dígitos, o código leu tranquilo, mas logo após aparece uma mensagem de erro com o código: 8C150009. Onde esse erro não existe no catálogo da Microsoft.

doesnt matter, i got the same erros and cant download the free games..

such bad support in Brazil that suggest that after change my region, it will fixed my erros..

starnge because last 2 months I download all free games with gold... and no way to get this one..

Boa noite. Não consigo realizar o download do jogo Hello Neighbor, que está disponível na Xbox Live Pass Ultimate para PC. A seguinte mensagem de erro aparece: (0x803f8001). Já vi diversos tópicos sobre este erro e nenhum dos procedimentos respondidos funcionam.

O jogo dá este erro pelo aplicativo da Xbox (Beta) e quando vou tentar iniciar o download do jogo pela Microsoft Store aparece "Adquirindo Licença..." e em seguida o mesmo erro Código: 0x803F8001.

Este erro ocorreu por enquanto somente no Hello Neighbor.

Aguardo suporte.
