    Xbox live gold ending months before my subscription


    My console keeps telling me that I don't have Gold membership anymore, when I tried to renew it told me that I had too many subscriptions so I was unable to simply purchase a new year. The problem has persisted for a week and no patch has come out. I have
    read though a couple other threads of other people having the same problem and would like to know if and when Microsoft plans on fixing this problem. I want enjoy the services I paid for.

    12 month Gold membership expired early.

    I opened my Xbox today and saw that membership ended. I bought a 12 month Xbox live gold membership prepaid card and I redeemed the code at the month of June, I think. I did not receive an email from Microsoft about my subscription ending. I remember
    that before your gold ends, they email you with an alert about your gold expiring in 1 month, but I never received it.

    The account that you're posting with is showing as Silver, not Gold. If your membership should be continuing past this point you should contact phone support for more assistance.
