good afternoon or evening I bought an xbox live gold card but I put it in the xbox page but when I want to have it in xbox it does not leave my account xbox live in the xbox is outlook but in microsoft or in xbox is gmail and
Then I bought it from a month in microsoft or xbox I appear but in my xbox 360 my subscription does not appear

Hello, Did you check to make sure the Xbox Live Gold went through as it should show on the Subscription & Services Page if its active on your Xbox Account.

What it sounds like is you bought a xbox live code and put the code in on your computer While signed into your Gmail account where your xbox account/profile is attached to an outlook email.

This means you attached the code to the wrong account.

The thing is this with 360s in order to use the gold each account would have to have their own account unlike the Ones you can share the gold between accounts on the home console.

I doubt that you are going to want to play on your gmail account on the 360 since you already have the game progress and everything on your outlook account.

What you can try and do is talk with xbox support by going to support.xbox.com/contact-us and explain to them that you put the code on the wrong account and see if they can cancel that subscription for you on that account and issue you a new code that you
can enter in on the new account.

If you were to try on a 360 you wouldn't be able to play online.
