Xbox Live Gold doesn’t work

My 12 month Xbox Gold ran out so I bought a new 12 month card, when I tried to redeem it it said I already have a subscription and I can’t start another one. And when I look online it says my payment is overdue? And it tells me i can use my new subscription
card to pay for it, but when I try it it doesn’t work. Is there a way to cancel my previous one or something? Please help.

xbox gold doesn’t work

i just bought a 3month Xbox Live gold card at the store and redeemed it, and it was successful, and it says I have Xbox gold on my account. But when I try to play a game, a screen pops up telling me to go gold. Then it says my account does not have the correct
permissions to do online multiplayer. Help??

Xbox live gold isn’t working

Something is wrong with my Xbox Live Gold. I can download Xbox live gold free games but I can’t play online with other players. I tried restarting my Xbox but that doesn’t work what do I do?

Xbox live gold sharing still doesn’t work. I have done a hard reset, removed the account, and set it as my home Xbox again and it still doesn’t work. Anyone have a fix for this issue.

When you sign into the account that you say has the gold subscription and go into settings and under the account tab go to subscriptions does it show the gold subscription there as active?

Hello friend, I recommend that you open the account that has the gold in the xbox and then you go to settings and put it as your main xbox and ready you will have gold in all the accounts that are in that xbox
