    I just activated a Xbox Live Gold Membership Code and it worked. Then I went to Games with Gold and downloaded the actuall Games with Gold this also worked and when I go to Memberships there it also says Xbox Live Gold valid until 10. November 2017.....BUT
    if I want to play a Game Online always the "Get more with Gold" Screen pops up and I can't play online.....WTF?! Can someone help me and tell me how to solve this problem.....I already restarted the console twice and changed my location bit neither worked....

    HI there,

    if your account is managed via a parental account then that parental account may have to check
    Sign in to your Microsoft account to verify if Online gameplay is allowed.

    If that setting is Ok, then you could also try the following:

    please double check http://account.microsoft.com/services to see if the subscription is showing there.

    If the subcription shows, try the following steps

    1. Remove profile from the console (Make sure you know the account credentials for the account, since you will need them later)
    2. Perform the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again: Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console
    3. Redownload your profile

    If these steps fail, then its best to contact Xbox Support (via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat) at Contact Us | Xbox Support

    Gold gives you the ability to play online multiplayer. It gives you weekly discounts on games (Deals with Gold) and access to free games through Games with Gold. Any other games would only be accessible if you pay for them or you have a Game Pass subscription
    or EA Access subscription (for Battlefront).
