    I paid a 1 month xbox live gold suscription offer for $1, last nov 28, I was excited playing Halo 5 Guardians for 3 weeks.... In my suscription tag says ... expires on dec 28....

    Since dec 20th, I cant play online .... I complain via chat with microsoft support, and they told me, that I paid the suscription like US area.... buttttttt.... as Im in Peru, and services are limited.... the servers realize that issue and they suspended
    my suscription.....

    Sooooo.... why I could possibly paid from my credit card.... and then, they cut my service????? Why microsoft accept my payment, later just tell me .... In your country is not allowed...... **** ????????

    I ask again, what if I just buy again a suscription in the future, they answer me.... The services are limited in your country.... Theres no warranty it will work properly.....

    O_O !! whatttttt?????

    Do you really think that anyone working on xbox doesnt already have a gold sub Xbox live gold - doesnt work..... and support team of microsoft gave me this answer... :)

    I never got the free month of Gold for MCC

    Getting a free month of gold isn't a big deal but I see where you are coming from and missing out on ODST would be a bummer. You should definitely try contacting Xbox Support they'll be sure to work it out for you. I paid for a year of live in November and it stopped working after christmas so I called up Microsoft and they gave me a new code for a year of live.

    Cause you still don't understand my question i explain to you.

    I ask if i take my console with my Greek gamertag and go to Brazil(Cause my work i travel a lot) and buy ftom Brasil one xbox live gold card can i redeem the code?

    The answer gave me Microsoft support team was YES YOU CAN if your console is at Brazil.

    If the console is at Greece maybe you can't redeem this xbox live gold card code.

    Now i believe i explain you my question and what Ms support team answer to me.

    It might be a problem on microsofts end but you should contact microsoft support and explain your issue to them, they should be able to give you an answer on why this is happening.
    Yeah, I tried that, the problem is that when I wanted to contacttechnical support as it said in the error message, it says that
    "Chats and phone calls are not available for this problem.", so idk what else to do, the solution they gave me doesnt even work for this problem. Its ridiculous.

    are not able to do it as in their system my account is set as Xbox Live account :( Once again, thank you for your answers.
