Xbox Live Gold does not work

I have purchased subscription Xbox Live Gold until 03/14/2017, but today I did not start the game (Games with Gold). The store offered to buy a gold membership. Subscriptions in the console, it also does not appear.

You're showing as silver on the forums. When you log into
account.microsoft.com under subscriptions and services, do you see the membership added?

I bought another one-month subscription. And now in the account I have shown two different gold subscription. On the console, a gold subscription now works, but it is shown that it is only for a month. What do I do with this?
