Xbox Live Gold does not show on Xbox One

Hi I have a membership on XBOX LIVE GOLD but it does not show on the XBOX ONE.

I can buy Games with Gold via the internet, but not via my console...

A hard reset did not do the trick

My tenure won't show up on Xbox One but does on 360.

Hey there!! I am here because my Xbox Live gold tenure won't show up on Xbox one, but does show up on 360. Can someone help me?

Note: I left Xbox live gold for a while (Not sure how long it's been) and I came back just a few days ago.

Note: this time around I bought 24 month version of XBL gold instead of usual 12 month version.

Note: my tenure is 3 years.

Can someone help please? Thx.

Xbox live gold Free trial !??

My friend told that i can try xbox live gold for free for 1 month at checkout , but it does not show for me although i never tried xbox live gold on my account .

Try to sign out and sign in again if that doesn't help remove your account from the console and download it again.

To add to that. If you're trying to click the Ad from the dashboard where it shows Go Gold to get discount and free games. That's not the Games with Gold Ad. Even if you have 3 years worth of gold on your account. If you click and click on it, it will ask
you to buy gold again and again. Because that's what its suppose to do. You can try to navigate through the store and download the free games from there. Or you can wait a bit for that Ad to change to the Games with Gold Ad.

Thanks for coming to the forums. We understand having issue with your gold subscription showing. On the Xbox console go to settings>account>subscriptions and see if it shows your Xbox live gold active there. If it does show try a

power cycle on the Xbox console.

Do you see your gametag in while letters at upper right on the home row? If not, sign in... when you do, start by pressing the silved domed GUIDE button in the middle of the game controller which invokes the GUIDE menu, then go two clicks to the right to
Settings and choose Account Management. Then, once in Account Management, go one click more to the right. Is your membership showing as Xbox LIVE Gold or just Xbox LIVE? If it does not show as Gold, then you need to subscribe, renew, or sign in with the Gold
account.

One you are signed in with the Gold account, try the Netflix again. If Netflix does not recognize your LIVE Gold, then call Xbox Support at 800-4MY-XBOX and ask for help with clearing and redownloading the Netflix app.

Sorry to hear that you're dealing with this predicament.

Now, for future reference, the Home console sharing feature does let you share Gold privileges for getting online but it does not share Deals with Gold. For more information, you can read over

I would say to try and buy the game as a gift for your son's profile.

Do you have the option to do that showing up in the store?
