    Xbox Live Gold Disconnected


    So I recently just bought xbox live gold for the three month deal, and decided to download an xbox 360 game on my xbox one console. The game was Star Was: The Force Unleashed and I opened it, and it required for me to download my profile since it was the
    xbox 360 version and my account is rather new and made on the xbox one I guess so I agreed. After I went to open up another game later, an xbox one game, it told me I didn't have xbox live gold. So I went in the settings and checked and it said I did indeed
    have xbox live gold (weird thing is it had a small white triangle with a '!' in the center underneath the subscription-not sure if that's significant), I restarted my console and opened multiple xbox one games but they all had the same prompt to buy gold as
    if I didn't have it already.

    So basically I cannot play any xbox one gold required games but I can still play the xbox 360 star wars game. Super confused, slightly frustrated, would love some help on this one. Thanks.

    Disconnected from Xbox live

    I get disconnected from xbox live and a screen appears that says to switch profiles or upgrade to gold.

    I keep getting kicked off Live!

    I am having similar problems with world of tanks. I get disconnected from xbl every time I try to launch the game. Followed the support steps from the game provider and still same after following the steps exactly. I log into the game and every time
    I am disconnected from Xbox live immediately.. I have tested the connection to Xbox live and it's fine. My Xbox gold membership is current. I have wasted $40 on gold in the game and wasted another $30 in getting live gold for this account. Never had this sort
    of issue with playstation.

    Xbox live disconnects often / EA server connection lost often at FIFA 12, also often server connection lost at MW3

    I just lost connection of the servers on the 3 MW3 matches I played.

    So I just made a new account, gave it 2 days of XBOX live Gold, and tried playing with that account.

    Guess what, 2 XBOX live disconnects before I even could play a game, and the first MW3 match I played also a server disconnection..

    Xbox Live Gold     through the Xbox website on a mobile device instead of the console? If you are using an Xbox One, we have a support article for getting

    randomly disconnected from Xbox Live    . We also have a support article regarding the

    same issue for the Xbox 360    . Go ahead and utilize the article for the console that you own. Also, let us know if purchasing the subscription through a mobile device helps. We look forward to hearing from you!
