    Xbox Live Gold disappears on the One


    It simply disappears. I've had to contact live chat 3 times to fix it, and each time they fix it differently or tell me to unplug and plug it back in (which doesn't work) so I don't know how to do it on my own, and have to wait in 30 minute queues. It is
    never fixed for over 24 hours. Why the hell does this keep happening? it's getting beyond frustrating.

    Xbox is telling me I don't have gold even though I do

    hi, I have bought the xbox live so everything is affixed on email and then I go I see the bill , at that point I decided to go to eliminate my credit card and automatically renew Xbox Live but do not turn off and I disappears the gold

    Please help I'm desperate

    Why we need xbox live for free games?

    I agree it would be great if we could enjoy the free games, at least, without needing Xbox Live. If you cancel or lose your Xbox Live, all of the free Games with Gold also disappear until you activate Xbox Live again.
