    Xbox live gold disappeared


    My xbox live gold has disappeared! I had 12 month subscription and only 3 months has been used. It is not in my payment history and neither is the previous 12 month subscription. I have a credit card bill to prove it was paid. I also have video clips that
    show i have been playing using it for the last 15 months.

    I havent cancelled it or changed any settings.

    Whats going on?

    Why we need xbox live for free games?

    I agree it would be great if we could enjoy the free games, at least, without needing Xbox Live. If you cancel or lose your Xbox Live, all of the free Games with Gold also disappear until you activate Xbox Live again.
