    Xbox Live Gold disappeared


    Hi,

    I have Xbox Live Gold trial 30 days activated on January 31.

    But on 1st of February status has disappeared. I can see, that I still have that subscription when I go to commerce.microsoft.com

    However I have NO any more Live Gold subscription on my xbox one or xbox.com page.

    Can anyone help?

    My Xbox Live Tenure has been set to "0"

    I am having the same issue. 10+ years of Xbox Live Gold subscription without a lapse. My '10' tenure icon has disappeared from my profile.

    A few weeks ago I had about 100 live gold 'ready for installation' games.

    Now I have about 60 on my Xbox One panel!

    Why??

    has something changed??

    I do know that any games you got through Games With Gold disappear if your Xbox Live subscription expires.

    Yes, my Xbox Live Gold time is supposed to expire on 4th of June. I can play, but that message don't disappear.

    Why we need xbox live for free games?

    I agree it would be great if we could enjoy the free games, at least, without needing Xbox Live. If you cancel or lose your Xbox Live, all of the free Games with Gold also disappear until you activate Xbox Live again.
