Xbox Live Gold Deal

Hey Team,

My brother and I both have Gold subscriptions ending soon. He was able to renew for 3 months at CAD $14.99 (plus applicable taxes) with $24.99 (+tax) every 3 months thereafter.



Knowing that mine was soon expiring, as well, he let me know about the great deal! However when I go to the same page on the Microsoft Store website, using the exact same URL (Buy Xbox Live Gold - Microsoft Store en-CA),
I only have the option to purchase 3 months at $24.99(+tax).



The chat support agent I spoke with, Louie N., said it was only available for those without a current Gold subscription but that can't be right because my brother's gold wasn't due to expire until March 10, 2017. Mine is also due to expire March 10, 2017. How
come he was able to get a better deal and I can't? I've been a loyal customer since 2010 and this feels very unfair. Is there anything you guys can do to hook me up with a better deal to extend my Gold right now?
