    I am very upset today. I have just realized that even though I purchased my son a one year xbox gold gift card that he redeemed, his alternate account on the SAME CONSOLE has been continuing to bill me at a rate of 9.99/mo. When I called I was connected
    with "account manager Bruce O." located in the Philippines. He told me that he could see that the same account was billed for a 3 month subscription and then a 12 month subscription but along side that I was also being billed 9.99/mo that he stated that he
    could see was "not being used." He told me that in order to get my money back for the last 6+ months of being double billed, I would have to contact my credit card and have them dispute the charges. Are you kidding me?!? Microsoft is double billing and will
    not refund or extend my membership?!? When I asked to speak with his supervisor I was told that they are going through a "shift change" and no one would be available for a while. He asked me if I wanted to wait, but cautioned me it would be a long wait or
    should he schedule a call back... so I opted for the call back. 7 hours later and STILL NO CALL. I do not believe they will be calling me. I think that microsoft has an issue with their system double billing and are hoping people will not notice so they can
    KEEP RIPPING US OFF.

    HELP!!

    I tried going into my account and "requesting a refund" but I keep getting directed to a page that says "this page has been moved" or back to my account home page.

    I can't believe this is so frustrating!

    Has anyone been successful in getting a refund? I know when this happened to me in the past they refused. This is some terrible customer service. The first person I talked to has NO CLUE what Granting an Allowance even was.

    I do have proof. I have an old Xbox Live Gold Card and I used my debit card on the account.

    I told the customer service reps this and they STILL refused to help me.
