xbox live gold connection issues

Do you receive the error "Cannot Connect to Xbox Live?" If so, she's right, connection issue, not a Gold issue. Go here for connection troubleshooting if that is the issue:

The not getting gold from multiplayer matches is a developer issue. You are connecting to the Xbox live service if you are playing multiplayer matches. If you were not connected to live you would not be able to play any multiplayer matches. This is clearly
a developer issue as the in game gold is their responsibility.

Sorry for the issue with logging into Xbox live. Is the issue with the subscription, does it tell you to renew Xbox live gold? Or do you get error stating cant log into Xbox live check network connection?

Have you tried re-downloading your profile? Do this using the following steps:

1. Go to Xbox 360 Dashboard

2. Navigate to Settings then System

3. Navigate to Storage then select where your profile is stored

4. Select Profiles then your profile

5. Select Delete then Delete Profile and Items

6. Press Xbox Guide button

7. Sign In then choose Download Profile

8. Follow the instructions

After this step clear your system cache, do this by:

1. Going to Xbox 360 Dashboard

2. Navigate to Settings then System

3. Navigate to Storage then highlight your Hard Drive

4. Press Y then Clear system cache

5. Repeat this step 3 times

Now do a full reboot, do this by:

1. Holding down the power button for 10 seconds

2. Unplug your console from the wall and back for 2 minutes

3. Plug everything back in

4. Start your console

This should fix your problem. Let us know if it does!

If you mean xbox live gold yes....because xbox live is the xbox online service platform and xbox live gold is the subscription, and non gold subscribers are still connected to xbox live always.
